"NP is the best! During my move to TX and later relocating to the Philippines, my jaguar xkr was under their care (Fred and Sandra) for almost 2 years. Before my encounter with them, I had so  much trouble with the performance of my jag and spent thousands at one of the local jaguar dealership on diagnostic testing and replacing parts. However, the problem was  never accurately identified. As a previous Jaguar service tech, Fred treated my vehicle with personal care and was determined to pinpoint the problem through his years of expertise.He spent endless hours running diagnostic testing and using his past Jaguar skills to locate and repair my Jag performance failure. Fred even took care of my vehicle's emission testing during its storage at NP Imports. When the time arrived for me to pick up my vehicle and  drive cross country to Los Angeles, I had no problems with engine performance. It was like returning the cat to the jungle; it just wanted to run wild. My only problem was that I needed more highways. "I have nothing but praise for this family run business. I came to them looking to keep my '99 Disco on the road but prepared to part with it fearing the high cost of replacement parts and labor. I had been misdiagnosed by the major Rover dealers at least until my warranty ran out. PepBoys found everything they possibly could wrong mechanically because they weren't euipped to deal with the mechanical issues on Rovers. I know who to turn to now and can continue to drive my Disco with confidence! When it comes to LR and Jaguar deal with an expert who knows his stuff and will cut right to the chase.
